Threshold's Menus In addition to the standard File and Edit menus, Threshold has two additional menus, listed below.   The Threshold Menu This menu has several Threshold options. Reset Elapsed Timer When you select this, the elapsed timer will be reset. The elapsed timer is automatically reset when the AC adapter is plugged in. Display graph window When checked, Threshold's window will be displayed. Preferences... This will bring up the Preferences dialog, which is discussed in a later chapter.   The Warnings Menu This menu allows you to use a set of warnings. There are four choices - the Apple default warnings, or one of three custom sets, each of which you can define. Auto-Switching You can also enable or disable auto-switching of warning sets by selecting the bottom menu item. When selected, Threshold will automatically switch warning sets between a set for internal batteries and a set for external batteries. You can select the sets using the "Preferences" dialog. If auto-switching is enabled, both the internal and external sets will be marked in the menu bar. The currently active set will have double arrows ("»") next to it. The currently inactive set will have a dot ("•") next to it. If auto-switching is disabled, the currently active set will have a checkmark next to it. You can disable auto-switching by one of two ways - by unselecting the "auto-switch warnings" menu item, or by selecting one of the warning sets. To enable auto-switching, choose the "auto-switch warnings" menu item. Customize menu This selection brings up the Customize menu dialog, which is described in the Customizing Threshold chapter.
